Website
We process technical request data only as required to deliver and secure this website. With your consent, we also use Firebase Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the website is used; this is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and only pseudonymous usage data is processed, never combined with your name or the account/licence data described below. You can withdraw consent at any time via the consent notice on this website or by emailing legal@incubateit.de. Beyond this consent-based measurement, we do not use advertising or tracking profiles. The SideBrain app itself sends no telemetry and has no phone-home; Firebase Analytics only measures visits to this website.
Private licence
When you sign in with Google to request a private licence, Firebase Authentication and our licence function process your account identifier, email address and licence status. The data is used to issue and retrieve your key, not for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Contact datenschutz@incubateit.de. The German privacy notice remains the controlling text.
