These terms govern the provision and use of SideBrain software and optional services by IncubateIT, owner Michael Dohmen, Germany.

You must use SideBrain lawfully, protect your licence credentials and ensure that your configured endpoints and imported content are suitable for your use.
3. Availability and liability
SideBrain is provided with reasonable care. No guarantee is made that every AI response is complete or correct. You must review generated content before relying on it.
4. Law and contact
