SideBrain End-User Licence Agreement
German version controls. This English text is provided for convenience. If this translation differs from the German version, the German version is legally authoritative.
1. Software and licence
SideBrain is proprietary, closed-source software by IncubateIT, owner Michael Dohmen, Germany. A licence grants one user a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software as intended during the trial or licence term.
2. Trial and private use
The trial lasts 30 days from first launch. Private, non-commercial use may continue permanently with a valid free private licence. Commercial use requires a commercial licence.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, sublicense, rent or provide the software as a service, except where mandatory law permits it.
4. Data and endpoints
SideBrain can run locally. Customer-controlled AI and Brain endpoints are not hosted by the licensor. You remain responsible for the content and endpoints you configure.
5. Termination and law
Rights end when the licence ends or this agreement is terminated for material breach. German law applies; venue is Hamburg where legally permitted. Contact legal@incubateit.de.
